IkoCiti is designed to produce specific, measurable outcomes. Each goal below is a direct consequence of the framework working as intended. Goals are independent — the list can be updated without affecting the integrity of any individual entry.

  • TWO-GENERATION PLAY. IkoCiti employs a two-generation approach: [i] Maveriqs create better barrios with more opportunities for kids, while [ii] the now better educated kids make a social mobility jump to the middle class.

  • EMPOWERING LOCAL PEOPLE. IkoCiti empowers local residents with an infrastructure of tools and resources because [i] their intimate knowledge of the barrio is indispensable; [ii] only they can produce perpetual impact (not the professionals); and [iii] only they have the long-term motivation for the two-generation play.

  • META COORDINATION PLATFORM. IkoCiti leverages the impact efforts of all barrio stakeholders through coordination based on MM360, reducing the fragmentation that wastes resources.

  • IMPACT EVAPORATION RESISTANCE. Maveriqs implement maintenance and follow-up projects as standard practice, preventing the impact evaporation that plagues the traditional industry.

  • PERPETUAL IMPACT THROUGH SELF-PROPELLING PROGRESS. Maveriqs create a perpetual cycle of social progress by recruiting, teaching, and activating new Maveriqs using CITI platforms — without extra dependence on outside experts or intervention.

  • A.I. INTEGRATION. IkoCiti integrates AI across all operations to secure [i] constant quality and [ii] to drive marginal costs toward zero, making exponential scaling affordable.

  • IMPACT INFRASTRUCTURE. IkoCiti builds reliable infrastructure for the creation of social progress by barrio residents using the platform as a one-stop shop offering a broad portfolio of tools and methods.

  • SKILLS TRAINING. IkoCiti develops a local talent pool of barrio changemakers by training barrio residents at multiple levels through a learn-by-doing approach.

  • DOING BUSINESS WITH SOLUTION BUILDERS. IkoCiti — through the PI Markets — allows impact buyers to invest in local, barrio-made impact opportunities with the ease of buying stocks and against highly reduced search costs.

  • SCALING WITHOUT LIMITS. IkoCiti scales its global impact without limits by [i] adding more barrios to the mix and [ii] extending barrio area and number of active Maveriqs through the CITI Network.

  • BUYING POWER. IkoCiti maintains well-functioning PI Markets by creating adequate buying power on the impact demand side while securing the implementation and maintenance of solid-quality projects created by Maveriqs.

  • COLLECTIVE GOALS HELP INDIVIDUALS. IkoCiti creates a collective goal — rebuilding the barrio — which creates opportunities for Maveriqs to monetize their know-how and efforts while improving living conditions for their family and friends; an approach opposing most interventions that focus on the individual alone.

  • ACCESS TAXPAYERS' MONEY. IkoCiti and the Ikosi form a strategic alliance to make the Peoples' Impact markets the dominant go-to markets for reducing urban poverty, with the ultimate goal of integrating substantial taxpayers' money.

  • IMPACT IS THE CURRENCY. IkoCiti is a fair-profit company securing its independent market position by servicing impact buyers. All revenues are tied to creating impact, avoiding scope slippage.

  • PERPETUAL LEARNING COMPANY. IkoCiti aggregates valuable data on all aspects of barrio-building, allowing continuous adaptation and positioning IkoCiti as the most prominent player in the field of fighting urban poverty.

  • COMMUNITY SAFETY. Safer barrios are the most immediate and visible outcome of Maveriqs' work. Reducing violence, improving public spaces, and building social cohesion are not secondary benefits — they are the foundation on which everything else the two-generation play requires is built.

  • PLATFORM LICENSING AND REPLICATION. IkoCiti makes its model available to other organizations through a licensing program, allowing the approach to spread beyond IkoCiti-operated CITIs. Replication by others is not a threat — it is a measure of success.

  • ECOSYSTEM DEVELOPMENT. IkoCiti builds a thriving network of contributing partners — service providers, professionals, researchers, and institutions — whose collective coverage of barrio problems grows more valuable with every new contributor. The ecosystem is a goal in itself, not just a supporting mechanism.
